Carla has been a fitness enthusiast all her life. She has been involved in a variety of team sports such as gymnastics, soccer, softball, and tennis. She is also a competitive triathlete. Carla has an extensive background in personal training, group fitness training, health coaching, and fitness. She’s spent over 20 years teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes that have really given her the tools to run a successful Boot Camp here in Westchester. She is a multi-level certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and a Certified Pilates, and Spinning Instructor. Carla stays keeps up with the latest fitness trends by taking courses and workshops to staying educated in a field that is constantly changing. She has a hard time sitting still, and some of her other activities include snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and skydiving. Carla’s true passion is helping others strive to be their best.
Carla believes she has the best job in the world, and her true passion is helping others strive to be their best. She wants to make a difference in the lives of the people she meets. She wants them to discover the joys of a healthy, active life. To her, nothing is more rewarding than to hear clients tell her that she has changed their lives forever, that they feel the best they have ever felt about their bodies, that they love the way they look in their clothes, and that they have more confidence and self esteem than they’ve ever had before. Carla is dedicated to inspire, motivate and empower the women who commit to her boot camp to believe in their true potential, and in their ability to overcome their daily life obstacles when trying to achieve and maintain to reach their fitness goals.
