She’s spent over 20 years teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes that have really given her the tools to run a successful Boot Camp here in Westchester. She is a multi-level certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and a Certified Pilates, and Spinning Instructor. Carla stays keeps up with the latest fitness trends by taking courses and workshops to staying educated in a field that is constantly changing. She has a hard time sitting still, and some of her other activities include snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and skydiving. Carla’s true passion is helping others strive to be their best.
