Space Application: Celebrate Somers – Saturday, September 7th, 2019 10am-3pm
Thank you for your interest in being part of Celebrate Somers Community Day! To reserve a space for this event, please fill out the application and return with payment online by August 24th. If you have questions, please contact Ann Marie Demm at (914) 276-3904 or info@somerschamber.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Space reserved after 8/24/19Â will be subject to a $10 late registration fee in addition to the prices above.
By clicking the mandatory “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” or submitting payment the undersigned vendor agrees to all the Terms and Conditions and to pay a non-refundable space rental fee.
Payment can be made via credit card by clicking on the PayPal link (you do not need to have a PayPal account) and there is a place where you can enter any credit card for payment.
If you are mailing in a check, please complete the form and return checks (made out to Somers Chamber of Commerce) by August 24th:
